Prom bookings have two customers: the student who wants the night to be memorable, and the adult paying for it who would mostly like everyone home safely. Both are reasonable, and the booking should satisfy the second without spoiling the first.
We take prom bookings from an adult, confirm the itinerary in writing to that adult, and stick to the route agreed. The chauffeur is commercially licensed and insured. Pickup and drop-off points are fixed at booking, and changes on the night go through the person who made the booking rather than being negotiated at the kerb.
Group size
Prom groups grow between booking and the night, reliably. Book the size you expect to end up with rather than the size you have confirmed today, because adding a passenger to a full vehicle on the evening is the one thing that cannot be solved.
